Glow Bug Cloth Diaper Giveaway - Ends 1/14

Guest Post from Michelle at Sweet Southern Lovin Glow Bug
Glow Bug Cloth Diapers began when Sarah Downey and Neta Talmor. These two found friendship during one of their pre-natal yoga classes. They became very close friends throughout their pregnancies and their daughters were only born weeks apart back in 2007. This was when they really started enjoying cloth diapers! After the birth of their second child, both the moms were wanting a new cloth diaper. One that was a great quality while being affordable. They realized one didn't exist. In early 2011 Glow Bug Cloth Diapers was born and production began in late 2011.

Sweet Southern Lovin had the opportunity to review one of the Glow Bug Cloth Diapers from their girl line. My little girl is 3, but she is being a little stubborn when it comes to potty training. I hate the way disposable diapers feel, and of course, who is going to want to go use the big girl potty when they can just use their diaper. That is when I switched to cloth diapers, and I wish I would have done it sooner. The cloth diapers feel just like a pair of panties would. The Glow Bug Cloth Diapers are a one size fits all pocket diaper. These fit from 7lbs to 35 lbs. They feature 2 sets of cross-over snaps to make the perfect fit for a newborn as well as a double row of snaps with square tabs for a nice and trim fit through the hip. The flaps are also waterproof in the front and back to prevent leaks. They also feature a 360 degree Gusset design, making 360 degrees of protection. This has to of been my favorite feature. My youngest would usually leak out of the sides before she leaks out anywhere else, but the Glow Bug Cloth Diapers has completely stopped that. The diapers also feature a SlimDry fabric to keep your child's bottom dry. One of the other things that I really liked was there are two openings in the pocket to make it really easy to get the inserts in and out and also snap into place so they don't move around. I have really enjoyed this cloth diaper. I have tried a lot others, but none of them had all of the features that the Glow Bug Cloth Diapers have. Kaylee has also been learning to use the big girl potty, I think it’s because these don't feel like a pull up does. If you are interested in purchasing your own set of one-size pocket diapers you can visit here. They are available in little girls, boys, or gender neutral. They are available in a pack of 12 for only $150, which comes down to only $12.50 a diaper! Connect With Glow Bug: Facebook | Twitter | Pinterest | Youtube

  2. i started cloth diapering when my youngest was 2 months old, december 2010. pampers, huggies, etc .. all gave him rashes. he was / is terribly allergic to spoosies. then, i decided to grow my stash because of how adorable they are and affordable.

  3. My daughter in law is using cloth diapers instead of disposable with my grandson because she was concerned about his exposure to chemicals.

  4. I started CDing when my middle child was about 18ms old and my youngest was around 2ms old! We have had 2 in diapers so it greatly helps with saving money, plus our boys have sensitive skin and eczema.
